OASIS ALLOY WHEELS WARRANTY

OASIS ALLOY WHEELS warrants to the original owner that products manufactured by OASIS ALLOY WHEELS are free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal intended use, for a period o one year from the original time of purchase. The period of warranty for chrome plating is one year from date of purchase and covers only peeling and separation of chrome from the wheel.
OASIS ALLOY WHEELS agrees to repair or replace, OASIS ALLOY WHEELS sole discretion, without charge, any OASIS ALLOY WHEELS products which are returned to the dealer from whom the wheel was originally purchased or at the original owners expense to OASIS ALLOY WHEELS 9freight prepaid) and which, after examination, shows that said product has failed in normal use and service due to defects in material and/or workmanship. Such repair of replacement shall no include installation.
This ;express warranty is not applicable to OASIS ALLOY WHEELS products which have been subject to corrosion of the finish due to neglect, chemicals, and/or adverse weather conditions.
OASIS ALLOY WHEELS herby disclaims all other express warranties. OASIS ALLOY WHEELS hereby disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and use for particular purpose to the extent the law of the state of sale and federal laws allow.
Transfer of title of any OASIS ALLOY WHEELS products by the original owner voids this warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights under state laws. No warranty or representation by anyone other than OASIS ALLOY WHEELS will be binding by the manufacturer.
